From using a microplane or citrus zester, to grating it with a cheese grater, it’s so easy to get fresh lemon zest to add a ton of flavor to your favorite recipes! If the skin is too thin it doesn't matter which peeler you use, you'll always cut clean through to the flesh. And it has the serrated cutting edge so it makes a good cut on thick or thin skinned fruits. Makes a great peel with some thickness to it. Lastly my favorite is the Kuhn Rikon Piranha Y peeler. Only downside to this one is that it has trouble on soft, thin skinned fruits. They're easier to express without breaking them in half and they hold a shape better when you twist them. Sharp as hell, a bit beefier and easier to hold on to, but makes a deeper peel. They feel cheap in your hand but I know plenty of people that swear by them.
